Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times: We currently ship to the United Kingdom only:
- Standard Delivery (3-5 business days) - £4.99
- Express Deliver (1-2 business days) - £6.99
- Free Standard Delivery - on orders over £35
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information where available.
Delays: Vitality Vault is not responsible for delays caused by the ship carrier, customs or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at nicercise@gmail.com
Lost or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lot in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
